Bob Rosean is the CEO of T.J. Hale, a store fixture manufacturing company based in Menomonee Falls, Wis. Prior to purchasing the company in January of 2008, Rosean was President of Alu Inc. in New York and vice president of marketing and sales for Reebok Int’l.’s golf division from 2001 to 2002. He also served in a variety of positions for Sara Lee Corp. and its divisions, including divisional vice president of business development and licensing for Coach; director of strategic planning and analysis for the group office of five divisions of Sara Lee Corp.; and senior manager of strategic and retail planning at Sara Lee Corp.

Rosean has served as the president of NADI, the visual merchandising division of A.R.E. and as a member of the NASFM Board of Directors. In his community, he serves on the boards of Prairie City Bakery, Holy Cross Elementary School, Holy Cross Parish, and Chicago Youth Centers.

He holds a Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. Bob is also a Certified Public Accountant.

He and his wife Nancy live in Mequon, Wisconsin, and have two sons, Will and Joe.
