Tony Mancini joined the MGM Mirage Design Group in 2005 as senior vice president of capital improvements. This leadership role includes architecture, interior design, construction, accounting, purchasing, and contract administration. He oversees all of the Design Group’s capital improvement programs for 10 of the company's resort properties.
Prior to this appointment, Mancini was senior vice president of global retail development for Walt Disney Imagineering/Parks & Resorts. In this position, he was responsible for 11 properties worldwide, including theme parks, the cruise line, and resorts. Under his leadership, Disney earned more than 35 retail design awards.

In addition to PAVE, Mancini is active in several industry groups, including the Board of Directors of the National Association of Display Industries (NADI), the visual merchandising division of NASFM; the DDI Magazine Editorial Advisory Board; and the Institute of Store Planners (ISP). A recipient of the Markopoulos Award, Mancini has been recognized as one of the most influential leaders in the industry.
