Creating a Powerful Customer Experience at Bank of America

Learn how Bank of America leverages the lessons of retail and contract design to create a powerful brand and customer experience across its 5,700 “stores.” Ray Ehscheid, senior vice president of store design and merchandising at Bank of America, will explain how his company incorporates fixtures and visual merchandising elements to create a branded customer experience in all Bank of America Banking Centers branches, while achieving environmental, social, and bottom-line goals. Drawing on Ehscheid’s 15 years in the business, gain a deeper understanding of the lessons that bankers have learned about turning brick and mortar retail locations into high return assets. Be prepared to learn a few surprising trends in retail banking merchandising.
