Ticket Purchases. This Raffle is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States eighteen years and older as of November 1, 2007, who purchase a drawing ticket. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The PAVE Raffle commences at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, and ends at 5:45 p.m. Central Standard Time on March 18, 2008. Note that the online sale of raffle tickets will end on Thursday, March 13, at 11:59 p.m., but ticket sales will resume on March 18, 2008, at Booth 3619 at GlobalShop, Chicago.

PAVE is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled or delayed by computer transmissions.

WINNER SELECTION. Twelve winners will be selected in random drawings to be held on or about March 18, 2008, from all eligible entries received. Odds on winning depend upon the number of tickets purchased. Winner will be notified within fourteen days of selection via email, mail, or telephone or they can visit the PAVE web site after March 26, 2008, to see who has won. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. A badge is required to enter the GlobalShop show floor. A separate entry ticket is required to attend the Retail Design Awards on March 18. Winner need not be present at raffle drawing to win. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY. Employees of PAVE and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family member and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. PAVE Board Members and members are eligible to participate. Employees of sponsoring companies are eligible to participate, but may not win their company’s donated prize. In the event sponsors are drawn for their own prize, another ticket will be chosen and the sponsor’s ticket will go back into the raffle. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZES. Twelve prizes will be distributed.
Prize 1 (1): $1,000 pre-paid gas card. Winner must contact PAVE to arrange for gas card at a station of your choice.
Prize 2 (1): David Yurman Ladies' Watch. Winner must contact PAVE to receive the watch.
Prize 3 (1): $1,000 Cash. Winner must contact PAVE to receive funds.
Prize 4 (1): A Sony Bravia. Winner must contact PAVE to arrange for shipment of the television.
Prize 5 (1): $500 Costco Gift Card. Winner must contact PAVE to receive the gift card.
Prize 6 (1): $250 Cash. Winner must contact PAVE to receive funds.
Prize 7 (1): Harry and David 12 Month Delivery. Winner must contact PAVE to begin receiving the monthly shipments.
Prize 8 (1): Ann Taylor Gift.
Prize 9 (1): Art. Winner must contact PAVE for delivery.
Prize 10 (1): Premium Wine of the Month Club. Winner must notify PAVE to begin one-year subscription of monthly wine deliveries.
Prize 11 (1): MAGASHONI Cashmere Wrap. Winner must notify PAVE to arrange for shipment of the cashmere wrap.
Prize 12 (1): Art. Winner must contact PAVE for delivery.

These prizes cannot be redeemed for cash by winner and are valid only for the prize detailed above.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification. Failure to return documents in a timely fashion, or if prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable will result in prize forfeiture and selection of alternate winner.

By participating, entrants, unless prohibited by law, grant to Sponsor and those acting pursuant to Sponsor’s authority, the right to use and publish entrants’ name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice in all media and on the world wide web, for advertising and trade purposes without further consideration. By entering participants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respected directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, and property, arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possessions, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Raffle or any Raffle related activity.

ADDITIONAL RULES. This Raffle is sponsored by PAVE. In the event this Raffle is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of PAVE, PAVE reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of PAVE, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Raffle.

DISCLAIMER. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Raffle and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and releases PAVE, its officers, directors, and employees, from any such liability.
