PAVE Elects New Board and Officers

Hollywood, Fla. (February 16, 2007)—The Planning and Visual Education Partnership (PAVE) conducted voting by conference call to elect 13 members to PAVE’s Board of Directors. The new board met for the first time on Feb. 15 to elect officers. Founded in 1992, The Planning and Visual Education Partnership’s (PAVE) objective is to encourage students to study in the field of retail design and planning and visual merchandising. Says newly elected President Richard Stolls, “PAVE is growing and we need volunteers to help us maintain the momentum. We’re looking for volunteers to serve on our fundraising, education, and PAVE Gala committees.” If interested in participating, contact Shawn Pariaug at 954-241-4827 or shawnpariaug@p-a-v-e.info.

About PAVE
Founded in 1992, The Planning and Visual Education Partnership’s (PAVE) objective is to encourage students to study in the field of retail design and planning and visual merchandising through its annual Student Design Competition. Additionally, PAVE seeks to encourage retail management, store planners, visual merchandisers, architects, and manufacturers to interact with and support design students. This is accomplished through seminars, workshops, and PAVE’s annual fund-raising Gala with proceeds dedicated to financial aid and internships for qualified students.
